Holidays
The following holidays require a minimum stay and are priced at holiday rates. The Pine Rose Holiday periods are subject to change.
Martin Luther King, Jr. Day | three nights
President’s Day | three nights
Memorial Day | three nights
4th of July | two - three nights, depending on what day of the week it land on
Labor Day | three nights
Thanksgiving | four nights
Easter Weekend three night minimum, stay three nights at regular weekend rate 3rd night is half price
Christmas and New Years Holidays five nights, from the weekend before Christmas to the weekend after new years
Weekends
Three Bedrooms and Lodge have a 2 night minimum. For all two bedrooms and smaller, Saturday night reservations require a 2-night minimum stay: either a Friday night before or a Sunday night after. However, when Friday night has been reserved by another guest, we do allow a Saturday-only reservation. Saturday night-only reservations cannot be booked online.
